Additional information of center

Further, in our office, we have a behavioral sleep medicine program, where patients can work with a licensed mental health professional for treatment of insomnia. This program is based on the principles of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). This is an approach that helps you change actions or thoughts that contribute to your sleeping difficulties. It is a program that develops healthy sleep patterns, without the use of medications.
